Fizah privately has practiced on 100cc as well as on the 125cc occasionally. Lemme talk to her. I will include your 3 kids in the list above provisionally into k4. Please let me know their IC numbers if they already have one.
Question on Yazid (Ikhwan’s dad) :
Shall we put him into K3 or just leave it empty. Talked to him a few times but dont think he will do any karting at all.11 August 2007 at 11:54 pm #5322TheFazz

ParticipantCommittee members, a question on membership ID
Question : What is the date for “PAID MEMBER SINCE”?
Members have paid as early as 3rd Feb to as late as 7th July 2007 ; Or shall we just take it as 1 Jan 07 for everyone regardless? In that case “EXPIRY DATE” will be 31 Dec 2007. (Our AGM was on 28th April 2007)
However, clause 7.2 states that all membership fees must be paid before 31st March of each year failing which the member will not be allowed to attend, vote or be voted in the next AGM.
The other option is to take 1st April 2007 for the “PAID MEMBER SINCE” and 30th March 2008 as “EXPIRY DATE”. The next AGM must take place not later than 31 May 2008 (clause 12.2).

since 1 Jan 2007. All expiry date on 31 Dec 2007. We are going with this approach because it is simpler administratively. At this point, I do not think we can handle multiple expiry dates (as on rolling 12 months).
I note the last date of payment being 31 March – but this is purely the date for eligibility to participate in the AGM.

Ok than, the same dates for every paid member will appear on their ID.
