    congrats on taking the plunge…..hope the bug bites and u be hooked.

    I wun make it this round so its likely you & Hanif.

    The racing should start at about 9 and by noon, you be at least done with Heat 2…

    Drink plenty of liquid, that’s my tip and save yourself for the 25lap final….

    ALot of water !!! you bet !!! i guess its going to be exhausting !!! i will bring alot of 100 plus plus and H20!!!!
