    I don’t know if there is any racing line guide for sepang on the web. but I guess the best way is to go to the track and do a bit of testing / practice.

    my view the trickiest is turn one and turn two. important to get turn one and two right to set you up properly for turn three.

    Thanks for the tip, Fazz.

    When driving 80cc kart in Shah Alam circuit, we generally brake only at 2 corners after long straight. We do not need to brake at other corners.

    Can we apply the same rule in 80cc kart in Sepang Go-kart Circuit, which is to brake only at Turn 2 and Turn 4? I am referring to the track map in http://www.sepangcircuit.com.my/story/sepang-circuits-go-kart-track.

    welcome. however, as you know the speed, braking points and racing lines will depend on the type of kart and circumstances you are in. as far as I know, there is no 80cc 2-stroke karts at sepang. but for the 4-stroke karts, yes – i would expect to braking at turn 2 and 4.

    but the best is to go to the track and try it out.

    I always find turn 4 and 5 to be the nastiest… had a few close calls there…
