Correct! all K1 drivers are paid members. We need at least 20 paid members to make the Quorum…..otherwise no AGM.

I dun think club constitutions usually allow for proxies, only listed companies usually. My golf club only allows qualified lawyers and accountants to act as proxies…..

We are aware that some members may have forgotten to renew or update their membership for the 2008/09 term. We will allow about 15mins for the purpose of receiving membership fee payment before the AGM proper commences. The membership ID is not required to be shown for this meeting.

I asked one guy if i was in the right place and showed him the map and he told me go left then right blah blah and i ended up at ikea, by now it was alredy 3:40 so i decided to give up. soz guys
