call MAM Mr Husaif on 019 8200047 and he is responsible for licensing. Not sure if he can answer ur question on the driver search program but maybe he can point you on to the rite person.
Alternatively call Wai Leong 014 2229200 and ask him who in MAM he has submited your name to…..then call that chap and ask him!
Hope this helped!

For those wanting to move up to real racing but do not have their own kart – this is a good possibility and I am sure the karts will be very well prepared! ( and they will be….not sure if we can say that for K1 of late! )

The Yamaha SL Cup is a good program – u bring ur chassis, rent the Yamaha engine for RM500 and race…..tyres are 500+ ( cannot recall exact figure ).
Winner of series, goes to Japan to race! And the TOYOTA minders will be there to observe……wuhoo, any potential talents for their factory….
For those who dun have a chassis….these can be rented as well.
Best to contact Ray KOng or RL Racing!
My only gripe – AIYAH why all so late!

FYI My-Karter Nico will be racing in the Yamaha Junior category – he was at Sepang today testing on the rented Yamaha and was holding back the likes of Calvin Wong and Melvin Moh for a few corners ;). He made really good progress today with his driving and is looking very smooth (and fast) now. Go cheer him on tomorrow!

What a bad day for the
What a bad day for the 4-stroke race event because it was canceled 🙁 . Moreover I’m the only person that was in the list. Should’ve gone for the real race. Nevermind, next time! And Nico had a bad day as well, his kart had some problem with it. Without the problem he could do something great but I guess luck was not on his side. After I did some thinking, I think I’m gonna compete in the championship 😀 . Can the 100cc Yamaha engine fit into 125cc karts? Because I want both Rotax and Yamaha engines.

we was there yesterday at 7.30 am. (ammar and i). as soon as we arrive at the track we found out that the race for 4 strokes starts at 3.30 pm and finish at 6.00 pm. we decided not to join the race because we both had to go to work the next day. we went for practice at CK instead. luckily we didnt join the race as hanifcd said the race was cancelled. tough luck bro.
we (me and wira) got off
we (me and wira) got off from ampang at 7am as we were told to be there around 8am. instead to found out that the registration starts at 9am – 11.30am.
the first race for 4strokes starts at 3.30pm. way to spend your day 😕
personally, i think the organiser should give more details on the event.
anyway, +points is we got to know where sepang karting track located at.
