Calling all Teams out there, my-Kart end of the year Endurance is back~! This time it has gone even more interesting. It’s my-Kart 300 Laps Endurance Race~! Get your team ready for the most exciting my-Kart race ever.

Date: 11th December 2010 (Saturday)
Time: 7.30am – 8.00pm
Race duration: 300 Laps (Not including practice and qualifying)
Practice: 30 minutes
Qualifying: 15 minutes
Direction: Clockwise
Pitstops: Dedicated Pit Window
Starting grid: Based on fastest lap time during qualifying
Starting: Le Mans style

Team Information:
Driver per team: 6 drivers
Stints per driver: 2
Minimum team weight: 420kg
Number of karts per team: 2 (12 drivers)

Kart Chassis: K1 and K2 chassis (or similar)
Engine: New Comer 80cc Engine
Provided with: Chains, Tyres, Front and Rear Sprockets, Brake Pad, Chain Lube (all New)

        ajak, you are always welcome to return and fight alongside. but currently there is no work done on the sponsorship yet as we are busy planning and thinking about next year’s plan. anyway, will definitely update you on any information regarding the endurance. keep in touch.

    1. Team TeleVAS Will Not Return to Defend Their Title
      Official News – After much deliberation today, the board of Team TeleVAS Racing has unanimously decided that we shall not be defending our Championship title in the forthcoming 300 lap race.

      We will however continue to develop our plans for continual support of grassroots and will make an announcement in due course.

      In the meantime, we shall enjoy looking at the championship trophy until such time as we have to surrender it back.

        Hopefully there will be some volunteers from TeleVAS that will help us out with organizing the race, especially with the pit window, driver change, etc.

    Im new to this endurance format, so I’m blur with the rules and regulations..

    Just to inquire, RM3300 is the registration fee for a team. Per registration, a brand new Comer engine along with other accessories such as tyres, sprockets, chains etc etc are given as stated above right. But what about the kart chassis? Do each team have to bring their own chassis or would we be using supplied fun kart chassis?

    And after the endurance, will each team be allowed to bring home all the given items such as the engine, tyres and sprockets or are we required to return them all back ?

    I’m sorry if my questions sounds ridiculous but i’m just inquiring so bear with me please… =)

      Hi there,

      The chassis is taken from the K1 and K2 series which are CRG Chassis. After the endurance, we only go home with a smile on our face, an unforgettable experience, a medal, trophies if you win the race~! The rest, it goes back to the operators. Accessories are provided by the operators not given to us by the operators. Hope my answer answers your questions.

    The battle for top honours will be made significantly easier with the shock pull out of the legendary Tail Happy Racing Team. Early analyst expectations were that Tail Happy Racing would be one of the favourites, if not THE favourite for the endurance honours. Tail Happy Racing have been successful in the past TEAMS series with multiple wins and the 2005 championship title.

    The return of Tail Happy Racing was similar to the return of legendary racing names like Mercedes and Lotus. With an expected star driver line-up of Fazz Rahman, Yusnee Yusof, James Mitchell and Nurul Alis, Tail Happy Racing was expected to wow all other teams on the track – with their strategy, speed, skill and consistency, as well as off the track – with their super good looks.

    The Tail Happy Racing press release reads as follows:

    FOR PRESS RELEASE ONLY

    It is with great sadness and regret that Tail Happy Racing Team will have to pull out from the coming 300 lap endurance event on the 11th of December. The team had been ruled as too fast and too fit to race in the endurance race and was as a result disqualified.

    The team is completely devastated by the latest turn of events, as we were expecting to do very well in the endurance race. Our team members, the drivers, the mechanics, the designers, the masseurs and cooks have been planning and training for months. The fitness of the drivers are at all time highs.

    We would like to apologise to our millions of fans and sponsors around the world, as they must be even more disappointed by our non-appearance. We have lined up several meet sessions to go down to the ground and speak to the important people who have supported and helped us succeed thus far.

    Lastly, we would like to record our best wishes to all our would be competitors.

    We are indeed very sad that TH (Tail Happy) will not grace the race next week and was really excited at the thought of dicing with our old foes.
