The BMW Club may also have an event on the same day. Any ideas on the venue? BBQ during the afternoon will be damn hot! But if you all are keen, you can talk to the futsal place in bandar utama. it’s behind KBU and there is a big screen, though it may be too bright to be seen properly. Alternative is to hold it at an indoor venue, like Kayu Nasi Kandar Pinang in SS2. They have a function room upstairs with aircond & TV screen, food can be ordered from their normal kitchen but you can also pre-order.

I like your idea about the Kayu Nasi kandar… so they have a TV screen! Good stuff. Happy to do at Kayu.
I would like to get a session before fasting month, and having a get together coinciding with a race event would be good!

Just my suggestion in case venue problem,
1)I can arrange with Thai Club at Jln P-Ramlee for buffet BBQ lunch…
2)Extreme park at Sunway,also can do some karting after the Jpn race finish…
both venue have big screen…Steward (alfagta) – the extreme park idea is good! actually, there will be a Panglobal event on 10th October. It would be good to be there and watch the race.
Then should be OK at Extreme park,parking space availiable,food good taste&kids can visit mini zoo there…
