    Of course… the humourous bit is thinking of how it would be under current regs. They should have just said that on board starters are mandatory as you mentioned.

    Standard brakes, standard ECU, standard gearbox, standard tyres – is F1 in danger of being an upgraded version of F3/F3000 with different engines & chassis?

    all i see are the words ‘standard’ and ‘FIA’.

    i think it should be renamed to Formula FIA, since most components are from FIA-contracted(mr. di montezemolo’s or mr. dennis’ factory??) suppliers.

    Ferrari was actually consulted for drafting the Formula FIA rules…

    standard car, where got fun,in a race you must limit to a horse power rate,then up to the team to mod it….

    Did the FIA release DRAFT rules or DAFT rules for 2008? hahaha
