agreed. but implementation is important. given the time constraint, not sure if we can do for each race registration.
Just come out with a simple form (something like City Karting has), just get the participants fill out their name & signature when paying for the registration.
Better be safe than sorry.
a few points to consider:
i) To ensure that members of Kelab my-Kart do not sue the club – I don’t have the consitution on me right now, but is this already covered in the terms of membership? If not, we may need to address it – this will cover the members
ii) For walk-in participants – yes, a simple indemnity form like the one used for CK. Or, another idea, let’s just copy the CK one word for word, but include CK/Kelab my-KART as the “club” and “track organiser”. With CK permission of course, but this would save our participants from signing two forms!
