In accordance with Article 12 of the club’s constitution, notification is hereby given with regards to its fourth (4th) AGM to be held at the venue, date and time as follows:

TIME : 4.30 PM
DATE: Saturday 14th August 2010
VENUE : Level 2 Meeting Room, Block A, Surian Condominium, Jalan PJU7/12B, Mutiara Damansara, 47801 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Agenda :

1. President’s Address (including Club’s Activities)

2. To receive and confirm the previous AGM Minutes

3. To receive and approve Treasurer’s Report and Audited Financial Statement

4. Other Matters (if any)

5. Election of Main Committee for 2010 / 2011

6. Appointment of two (2) auditors once every two years
