AP is happily to arrange a one off race for [b]my-kart K1 and K2 members only[/b] at Pulau Langkawi track. The details are below:
Date:
[b]16th January 2010 / Saturday[/b]
Time:
[b]0700 – 1300 (TBC)[/b]
Track:
[b]Langkawi Track[/b]
Price:
[b]RM500 per person (*Race only)[/b]
Inclusive for transport, fuel and mechanics support.
Kart specs:
[b]125cc Junior Engine[/b]
Total number of karts:
[b]TBC[/b]
Due date for RM500:
[b]31st December 2009[/b]
How to pay:
Please bank to [b]Maybank 512-754-306-333 (mykart Promotions Sdn. Bhd.)[/b]
Depending on how many karts are available for the race, one kart is share among 2 drivers. [b]RM500 is only for the race and nothing more.[/b] Getting to Langkawi and your accommodation is purely on your own. Other expenses is also on your own. For some people, they might want to take it as a holiday trip for their family or partner, do bring them along. You can be there on Friday and enjoy the island, then race the next day and enjoy another Sunday before heading back to KL.

I will be booking after new year, most probably around the 5th. If anyone wants to tag along.. then please let me know asap. Once I made the booking, you will have to do it yourself.

Here is the race format. Good news for some of you! Ballast is not being use in this race. So the groups are sorted out based on weights.
Because Yusnee pulled out the very last minute and is still looking for a replacement, we have only 11 drivers + unknown amount of the private karters. All I know is Zainy and Nizer from my-kart are joining the private karters session.
We only have 6 karts and 2 spare karts. So drivers, I know racing is racing, please treat this as a serious chicken wing session, because end of the day, we are only there for the sake of FUN RACING. Who ever damage the kart, will have to pay and if the kart cannot be repaired, the driver will not be able to race and declare as disqualified (AP rules).

great layout but only 1 thing bad is that circuit not maintained at all… so sad 🙁
