Hi, I’m one of the guys from Karting Singapore, took part in the last 3 endurance races at Shah Alam and Sepang. There are a few of us interested in joining this Teams series, but we have a few questions.
Are race suits required?
When must payment be made by?
Minimum team weight?
Any other restrictions or requirements?
Also, the big one – is it possible to make an exception to the rule which requires one permanent member in the team? Because naturally, considering the distance involved, there is no way we can confirm that we’ll be able to attend all rounds. There probably will be people to form a couple of teams to race, but dunno if we can get a core group of guys to anchor each team.
Not sure how much Andre and Mark have spoken about this, but I do hope we’ll be able to meet you guys up there!

From my count, we have 19 teams confirmed? I’m told zoggee’s team is confirmed & paid. If both karting singapore teams are confirmed, then we have 21 teams…

Indeed, it is now 21 teams (including karting S’pore)and no more new teams is allowed because city karting desperately need to prepare 21 karts + spares and ballasts too.
BPMB withdraws 1 team.
BPMB has withdrawn one team, so the total is now 20 teams confirmed for sunday’s meet.
20 teams tomorrow. we will need some volunteers
we have a total of 20 teams participating for round 01.
also we will need some volunteers to help with the event proceedings particularly the grid setup, and the driver change check outs.
