Memberthe following is needed from all participants.
- pls turn up early – we should aim to close participation by 0815hrs latest, so we can start the race proper by 0830hrs
- need extra hands to help out – particularly for K3 – rizalkhalid’s absence will be a blow as rizal along with automagic, zul samad, ramzul and zainuddin are the only regular K3 volunteers – (we need K3 drivers to organise K3 races, as with K2 – due to the alternating pattern of racing K2 and K3 groups)
- please form the dummy grids (drivers in karts) early (at least 5 laps before previous race end) and start races immediately after the last kart from the previous race has entered the pits

ParticipantFolks,
As of today, Wan Shin can commit up to 13 x 100 cc karts only and we have to finish by 2 pm as the karts are needed for another event. From the experience of the 1st round, we ran 2 x 80cc groups(36 drivers) and 3 x 100cc groups (21 drivers) and finished by 2pm. This is just about the limit we can do given the current condition of the 100cc karts but the 80 cc karts can perhaps cover up to 20 drivers per group. I am afraid, it could be first come first serve! Anyway, we will explore whether AP can prepare more karts by Saturday morning as I saw quite a few are undergoing repair works (wont count on it though)….will coordinate with Chief Speeding Luen.1 February 2007 at 7:15 am #3958luen

Participantfrom what i can observe in round 2 the other day….the dummy grid did cut down the turn-around time.Although the numbers were big, everyone was working together. And a little help from the mothernature it was a cool day i would say.. true?

ParticipantMy suggestion if we could do somethin to the kart numbering like making the colour more visible it will make life more easier when doing the lap chart.

You are right, the dummy grid does help a lot..actually we finish quite early on that day. K2 Final A was the last race and finish about 1pm despite our late start. All these are achievable due to great team work..I must say my-kart members has the best team work/bonding ever..sign.
Everybody were so enthusiast to get on track. Thus, we managed to get all drivers ready 3 laps before the earlier race finish..as soon as checked flag fall..engine start and off they go..Thanks guys for all the great support.
