Yup bro, in their workshop. Assembled yes, all other processes including welding were done in Italy.
Note that the Yamaha engine is pull start, so that the driver can start or restart without the need for pushing.

I dare say maintenance will cost as much as the 100 cc rental karts at City karting. I have seen the chasiss and it looked fairly simple and basic and the Yamaha engine is so widely use and well known that parts should’nt be a worry.
However, ask the city karting mechanics the same question for more info / advice.

Participantgreat! hope they can make this successfully!
Just one note on the Yamaha engine. This engine is very popular and raced widely esp in Australia for the last 15years.
I never understood why it did not catch on here but maybe the fact that the spares were controlled by Mofaz could mean something…..
The clutch assembly cost >RM1000…….which is consistent with the fact why Elite 100cc karts have no clutch and why CityKarting went PRD.
If Rosedi has direct import rights for the engine spares – this will go far….

Do you think spares will still be a problem? Would Rosedi have the rights to do so?
