    Sadly there is none.

    The nearest is at Ipoh or Sitiawan in Perak. The next one is at Langkawi.

    UUM is in Sintok. Nearest town is Changlun.

    Or, you can wait for annual Pusat latihan Sukan (PLS) Go-kart training course held by state government at Kompleks Batu Uban, opposite USM Main Campus at Penang Island. It is free of charge and your child can learn basic karting skill and get a certificate. Downside, the event is only held once a year.
