It is indeed a massively pleasant surprise to receive your interest. We’d
be delighted to receive your participation.

I’ve had a look at the link you sent me, you guys seem to be quite avid
karters!

The announcement linked in your website was aimed at the members of our
forum, and as such it was worded to attract their interest, first and
foremost.

The event itself, is open to members and non-members alike. We’re actually
looking for a mix of forum members, and also car clubs to form a big
gathering of people.

Feel free to register under the My-Kart banner. Participation of 1-2 teams
would be great, though you may need to be fast to register the 3rd team
due to limited spaces. We’d actually love to take more, but the Shah Alam
track can support 20 karts max.

The participation form is currently stored in my office computer, I’ll
send you a copy by Monday morning the latest.

We need 2 more drivers to form the 3rd team.

I believe we should sort ourselves out of who goes to which team by sorting out by weight in order to have the best average weight per team.

Any other suggestion?

I think we should strategize so that all 3 of the mykart teams will end up on the podium 😉 Distribution/allocation of drivers should be done to maximize our chances to achieve this 😉
