Correct bro,160.00, same price as is currently for the K2 races
and 640.00 for the endurance.
If it sounds good and CK’s conditions are reasonble, than my-kart need to finalise the deal with CK.

Membernaza, luen, mizi – i am a little confused… this is to be used for K2 or K1? if K2, wow this is a great deal. naza – appreciate if you can update the main post accordingly for clarity?

Participantwe can chooseto replace current K2 100cc to 125cc
so to say our K2 is going to be air-cooled PRD 125cc on CRG chassis, retiring air-cooled 100c PRD engine.
OR
we keep K2 class as 100cc air-cooled PRD and NEW K1 class air-cooled 125cc PRD with CRG chassis.

Memberbut how “fresh” will the CRG chassis be? either way it sounds like a great deal.

ParticipantI’ve checked all the chassis and it is in pristine condition.( almost brand new). Some not even scratched at all. Even the screw top holding the floor plate is scratcless.
Naza and mizi cud add to it. Those karts looked fantastico.
Good deal

Sorry bro, simply put if we accept CK’s conditions, we have the option of using the PRD 125cc / CRG kart to replace the the current 100cc rental karts in K2 OR use it for the K1 category. The scenario could look like so:
SCENARIO A
K3 – 80 cc rental karts
K2 – PRD 125 / CRG karts (exclusive for mykart races)
K1 – Private 125 cc kartsSCENARIO B
K3 – 80 cc rental karts
K2 – 100 cc rental karts
K1 – PRD 125/CRG karts and Private 125 cc kartsEndurance Race – the same PRD 125/CRG as above
We have now the real possibility of replacing the controversial rental K2 100cc karts with the PRD 125 / CRG karts exclusive for mykart races at the same price members are paying currently.

thanks naza. this is a deal which i cannot ignore. however, please look at this in the overall context of moving drivers from K3 to K2 to K1 and then to competition level karting (eg. Rotax max championship etc). do we have a natural ladder of progression? is this long term sustainable? how then do we pitch the K1?
i would also like the Chief of Technical and Safety (Jules, with Mikko’s assistance) to evaluate as well.

Participantbut in this case.. AP did mention about increasing up the price for this prd 125 by i think 10 bucks.(correct me if im wrong dad) by next year.
and i think we should still maintain the k2(100cc) class so that drivers can really master their skills before graduating into 125cc (k1)class, although the price different is not that big in this case and keep in mind we do really need to cherish this fantastic almost brand new karts and not giving it to those in matured drivers.
so i think we should have it like so:
k3-80cc
k2-100cc (prd or yamaha)
k1-125cc (prd, rotax etc..)due to power disadvantage for the PRD, i suggest a weight penalty or different point system.
alright?

i second your idea bro, we should always bear in mind that not all are capable of handling fast kart… so atleast for this year let selected members enjoy this offer, such as official/paying members… i’ll bet more ppl will join myKart once they come to know about this offer
