Unfortunately he does not believe in mandi bunga but you can try the pulut kuning with ayam panggang when you approach him (Note that Ed’s nasi lomak kau kau or Razmyn’s stinging karipaps did not impress him though).ka ka ka….
yes, I dun normally start a chat with other patrons of the track unless I know you personally well.
anyhow, blame it on my old age or adrenaline overdose – I dun recall names that well…..so I rather not embarass myself.
BUT, you are always welcome to break the ice and talk to me – no problems. I wear a suit with “HAASE” logo.
I avoid Pilot Belon’s Karipap so I dun need to make a hasty pitstop by the toilets halfway thru race…. 🙂

i got a first-hand “jules treatment” during the last event… it was unnerving… hahaha…
it was when his kart broke down in of the k1 heats… he was walking down pit lane… muka serious giler… then i open my trapped and asked him “what happened la bro…?”… and he just stared at me… rolled his eyes… and just continued walking… at that moment i didn’t know if i should run onto the track and lie down in the middle of it… or just go home… hahaha…
i guess one should NOT, under any circumstance, ask a racer “what happened la bro…?” when his machine breaks down…

talking about kart breakdowns…I still love the “Ashraff walk of shame” back to the pits…makes me laugh every time!! ha hahahah…. hey, next race, will one of you photographers catch this on camera??…it’s a classic, I guarantee you!…

The 2 top mechanics Kok Seng and Ah Boon are in Macau for the FIA CIK final year race this weekend.
If you want run ur 125s, please inform the rest of boys in advance……
I have clearance to run in the 125 6 speedster monster…which could be boring for some of you…as run-in takes time and techniques to not overrev a defined limit.

satu HABUK pun tak nampak hari ahad….
only Suzuki-san had some private coaching on track with me.
I test drove the Sonik…..susah mau kejar a softer compound MRF tyred Kosmic / Rotax Max, driven by Suzuki-san.
Shifter kart running in was ok but engine not revving beyond 12000rpm…semput likely due to faulty fuel pump…..30min running in only done but still nice with gears!

actually that saturday called CK, wanted to come but they said got event at 4-6pm so quickly changed venue to USJ elite with desmond and isk. Met raja razman and he gave us some great tips too…
