patrick / steward – great initiative. i would like to revise the badge design abit. allow me to provide a high-res image to be the base. i would also like the colours to come out well.

have a look at the first of my 2007 proposal…

I wonder what it would look like if the chequered flag is square instead of the circle as shown. The black square will certainly stand out if the T-shirt or cap is white or of lighter shade but will not be visible against black or dark blue for instance.

as for size – i would suggest something about the size of a shirt pocket. 3.5″ x 3.5″
