    You can start by enquiring at City Karting Shah Alam.

    Cost can be anything from 6K to 15K depending on age and model.

    I have a ~4 year old mike wilson chassis with rotax 125cc engine. Hasn’t been started in about 6 months. Needs new battery, probably a bit of brake repair, engine should run ok but not fast. Interested?

    Mike Wilsons are good karts to start with and Mikko is an excellent chap to deal with….he will offer you lots advice, important for new drivers.

    You can get a decent one for around 9-10K with a Rotax engine. 8K or under get you something which isn’t fast enough to be raced sensible.
