Participantin that case..ive been to the new sunway track…near the new xtreme park, cafe & futsal pitch…its on the other side of the lake with the entrance to the left of the entrance to the driving range…
but it looked to me like its a temporary setup…using only tyrewalls to outline the track..not a proper track…& small too5 October 2005 at 1:06 pm #2235Nohad

ParticipantFazz, got your new car yet? Drive to Tg Malim for nasi lemak (claimed to be the best in malaysia by my friend, opens from 6pm onwards only) and there is a drag strip there. tested power there : BMW 328i (M) vs VW Golf Mark III VR6 2.8 (M). Syok!
Come lah, get your new car and test power there : new road, 2 lanes each way! Huffiz can also test out his new aerodynamic package :p

Don’t play play, with pure 3L V6 with high torque but with 2 ton weight, the only thing that smokes is my wallet. (sniff, sniff, the burning smell is getting stronger by the day)

I dropped by the Xtreme park “track” yesterday. To me it is not a proper track and I am not sure whether they have the karts there.
In any case, Shah Alam has night racing, and I plan to test it out one of these nights to see what is the visibility like. If ok, then I would like to do a variation of the AKOC – ballot & add weights – event. Perhaps a 1 hour enduro (1 driver). Cost estimate is RM200… but will have to talk to Citykarting. Any help would be most appreciated.

Participantsounds good…that means we can buka in one of those nice Shah Alam restaurants prior to the race….I want to redeem myself after my AKOC’ed up disaster!…
