Participanthi Fazz.
Told Brian I’m in for the HPC event. Has the Racing for Children date been set yet? Tried finding it on this site without much luck.
cheers.

Racing For Children launch will be on the same day after the HPC and during lunch. We have pretty much been working offline on this – but hopefully you will see some materials soon. For now, Ronald McDonald’s Children’s Charity are our Racing For Children partner.

ParticipantFazz, for those involved in the HPC, can they still help out with this? I am not sure about the timing. If it’s after the track events or doesn’t clash, I am in. I can help to carry things, prefarably blondes in BMW Sauber attire 😉

I don’t see a problem here. But those people need to be properly briefed.
Appreciate if Brian can comment on the help needed.

ParticipantWould love to volunteer here but need to check on the timing.
Looks like it would be from mid-morning to mid-afternoon. So far with this timing, I should be available.
Could we have the briefing this saturday (1 April 06) after the rd4 event? Any other time would be difficult for me as I will be travelling around Malaysia.btw, could I bring my son along for the charity event?

We would have to discuss further details of the event management with Brian E, and assign the responsibilities accordingly.
I would imagine SOME of the roles would be:
a. ushering
b. registration
c. vip handling
d. media handling – giving interviews etc
e. food management
f. logistics & coordinationthere may be others…
