The panel will be holding a meeting on Thursday evening (15 Oct) to determine the shortlisted candidates and an announcement will be made during the day on Friday.
The results will be posted here in this forum and also the TeleVAS FB Group and we will contact each of the shortlisted candidates by phone.
The date for the time trial will be announced very soon, watch this space!

now thats the problem…i hit somebody

And that is a good experience that you just had. Sometimes you need to have an instinct for racing. Knowing something is going to happen to the group in front of you and they keep racing or going into the corner like that. So you back off a little. If by any chance you are not selected, it’s ok. Come race in my-kart Driver Series and gain more experience. Then you will know how to avoid all these accidents. And race to the limit at the same time, have fun~!

[b]TeleVAS Announces Shortlisted Rookies to go Through to Time Trial[/b]
[b]16 Oct 2009[/b] – After great deliberation amongst the evaluation panel, the tough decision to shortlist 19 drivers for the final time trial and evaluation for Team TeleRookies was finally decided.
The evaluation panel had to select 19 rookies from over 60 rookies who participated in the three evaluation sessions held over the past one month. Of the 19 shortlisted drivers, each will proceed to the final evaluation and time trial which will be held on 01 November 2009 at 12noon at City Karting, Shah Alam. The panel will then select 5 drivers to form Team TeleRookies who will participate in the end of year 8 hours Mega Endurance.
In selecting the 19 drivers the panel took into consideration observations of track safety, control, track ethics and ability to listen to and follow instructions. However, it must be stressed that all 60 drivers who participated exceeded the expectations of the panel and made the selection process very tough indeed.
The names of the 19 shortlisted drivers (in no particular order) are as follows:-

Congrats to short listed drivers. To those who may not make it into the last five, despair not! Its a long process to be competent racers and certainly not after any one particular race.
