Participantwah… you putting in double rad fans in your GTi?
tell me when it’s done i’d like to hv a look.
i’ve got some things to sort out too with my ride…
i’ve gotta;
. replace the top mounts cause they’re shot
. replace the belts cause they’re starting to screech when it’s wet
. take a look at the reverse sensor cause the reverse lights don’t come on
. source that short-shifter kit
… and about a million other things!
the next oil service is due soon so i’d probably do all this then.
cheers!veedubs rulez!

Participant
* According to Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear, Volkswagen’s cost per Veyron is approximately £5 million (ie VW would lose £4.25 million on each Veyron sold).
You’re joking, right?
Either that or Jeremy’s joking!
Are they (VAG) out of their minds….?!?
All that money could have been better spent to make cheaper VWs (I love the new Golf MkV GTi… yummm!!!)ed
ParticipantVale is one helluva talented racer alright!
I’ve been following him from his 125cc days and he’s not only a prolific winner but an outright entertainer as well.
I’ve never missed any of the races he’s competed in here… heck I even take time off from work to attend the many tyre/winter tests his team does in Sepang!veedubs rulez!
it was just a kapchai la bro, and i think the owner had ‘lowered’ the bike somehow… it was damn easy to scrape ’em footpegs… i had a blast!
anyway, you’re right Jules… it was not a smart thing to do at all, although he was wearing his bike helmet.
my wife did wonder which one is really the kid… 🙁
cheers!

3 years old is too young and there’s no kart that will fit plus in addition I do not think they comprehend what their eager parents wants of them, or even understand fully how to control a kart with responsibility.
…
All is not lost – put them in the 2 seater, drive them around and see if they like it. You may be surprise they don’t.
I totally agree!
My son will be 3 later this year and I too thought of introducing him to go-karts soon. Being a speed freak myself, naturaly I thought he’d have the same thirst for speed like his old man.
Couple of weeks ago I got a chance to ride a motorbike again (after a long hiatus) and took the opportunity to bring him along on the joyride. When we got back the missus noticed the poor kid was sweating and shivering… guess I was going a bit too fast… and scraping the footpegs didn’t exactly help either… 🙁
I guess I’d have to do it slowly next time around…
