how about the pasar rakyat? it requires minimal road closure but still right smack in town.

but for sheer exposure the carpark next to klcc (opposite avenue k) I reckon is best.

Done… but I guess the guys in MIS won’t be too happy if they discover I’ve installed another browser into the company laptop… gotta use it sonyap2… hehehe…
do see why they should be unhappy. there are no license issues.
yes… but the MIS chaps in Marconi are err umm micro managing wackos with no sense of adventure whatsoever (and the nasty habit of Marconi’s engineers downloading all kinds of crazy stuff into their laptops and crashing them every other week does little to help too…)
Hopefully, once Team Malaysia gain enough expertise and financial resources, we can see Alex standing on podium.
Did you see how Alex had to scramble down from the podium to get the Jalur Gemilang (seeing the other 2 drivers standing on the podium wrapped with their nation’s flag)?
Bet the M’sian team will have the flag on the ready from now on!
*Since it’s mostly run at sepang, a transport system involving volunteers will shuttle anyone without a ride from nilai station(trains are a student transport mainstay) only payment involved would be splitting the fuel charge.
I’m wondering if Fazz’s fuel charge (BMW 525i M-Sport) will be higher than mine (Citroen minibus)…?
    cabuttt!!! 😀
The aim is for members to get together and have some food & drinks, whilst getting to know each other and their partners & even children.
Not sure if this is relevant or not, but I do recall some discussion via e.mail not too long ago about having the final race and annual/year-end lunch/dinner do in Langkawi (the proposed venue then) where members can race & the family can holiday. If we plan early this is definitely do-able.

A regular TT event is a good idea, more so if it’s open to family too (instead of just members).

after that we go visit swiss hutless…suggestion
Not sure if James is back from Switzerland this Saturday.
When I last spoke to him I did mention about the possibility of my-kart members coming for a visit and he seems pretty receptive,he even mentioned to offer a ‘group discount’ if my-kart members purchase a number of karts.
He also hinted at the possibility of a working relationship with my-kart,though I chose not to pursue further as I feel this is something that needs to be discussed first internally within my-kart.
Perhaps we should defer the visit to Swiss Hutless to another day, this way we can build-up a better list of questions/discussion topics gleaned from this visit to Rosedi.
    Just my 2 nasi lomak’s…
just like k2, the k3 drivers should be informed about their starting position. this will save time n trouble arranging the karts on the starting grid.
one way is to inform each driver who they line up behind, so at the formation lap, all they need to do is just to find that driver/kart he/she has to line up behind.
This was done previously last season, and rather efficiently too if I may add.
I guess some of us ex-K3 guys whom were marshalling then have now moved up to K2 (Tom,Alex,Luen,Razmyn,Patrick just to name a few),so there is a need to quickly get those volunteering to do marshalling work up to speed.
Don’t worry fellas,I remember when some of us first started volunteering as marshalls it was also a bit kelamkabut… but now its more like… organized chaos… hahaha! 😀
    Cheers!
