Who will win todays race?
I have a feeling L.Hamilton will be winning this race. He is more capable of keeping the momentum and pace than most the guys in the leading table.
Yeah that’s what I meant – drivers that aren’t racing in say K3 can be marshals during the K3 race. That’s how club-level racing is done in many places.
reckon that is the best way…
Could St John’s or any other institution provide training for basic first aid? Maybe this can be organised under Kelab MyKart Selangor?
I reckon that eventhough they gave us training, we are not capable of giving any treatments to an injured driver. Maybe those little cut, we can handle but like that flipped the other day, sorry mate. We need to take exams that are certified by St.John Malaysia in order to do so..
The reason is we dun have any marshals to help or even wave flags! Since CK are not well trained, I trust my mYKart boys/girls more than any one else!
thanks for the trust in us. myKart the best!

about the yellow flags, should we make our own and position volunteers to be at certain location? or we can talk with CK and see how this can be improved?

Naza – From just watching videos and even F1 races on the TV, when most the wheels touched, the cars then to bounce off or goes off the ground. Why is that? Both car’s tyre are turning in the same direction, but still..

looking at the safety reasons.. if a person is racing in an uncomplete attire, this smells danger isnt it? so should he/she who does not have a suit, like me, be wearing long sleeves and long pants be more appropriate, of course with the helmet and etc..? because i too fear that accidents may happen.. as everyone is always trying to overtake the others at the next corner

Thats what happened when wheels come in contact. Believe me my-karters have over the years seen wheel contacts with serious consequences. Therefore, please DISCIPLINE yourself to avoid wheel to wheel contact at all cost[b]. Wheel to wheel racing is great fun but its done with a lot of trust and full readiness to avoid contact….especially when my-karters are your friends (some has regarded it a brotherhood bond over the years).
looking at that video.. was there any way of saving it so that it dont flip…? many just ending having a spin..

i read anarticles from a website saying that most of the racers in any category visualize their runs too.. because they cant just go onto the track to have practise as they like.. so visualize is good practise too! since both of us are the newbies.. we need that heaps..

If i end up upside down, i dont think I can do the 125s 😉 😀

Just saw that scary video…. Same thing happened to me on the last lap yesterday….. Lesson learnt after watchin da vid, give way and there’s alwiz another corner to overtake….
well, if you are keen on racing with others but just enjoying the speed and the machine and just let everyone passes you… i reckon there shouldn’t be a problem and you wont be turtle..
