RM200 included thropies for 1 to 3 placing total of 12 throphies original package
-I requested Throphies for 1 to 4 placing and medal (metal) for the remaining 5 to 15 placing. CK request extra RM100 in total. This means extra RM6.7 perteam. It also means if we do not have 15 teams it will definately go lower that extra RM100 and the price for each team will varies.1st September has been reserved by Steward Loke but no plan of action from him yet.
8th September will be our alternate dateit will be easier if the driver approach the official for time stamping than otherwise. This can be done by if there is no time stamping on that paper or piece of card as mentioned earlier with official signature, that drive is not counted.
CK wan xin’s boy friend does offer this help last race during our launch, however it was cancelled at the end due to rain. Not sure this round if they are willing to lend a hand. Yeah our resources do matter though.

Every 3 mins excess of total team?….theoretically not possible as race will end at 100 minutes.More important is how do we monitor each driver of every team not to exceed 35 mins. Some sort of system is needed, maybe discuss later.[/quote]
monitoring driver stint times is a little difficult i thought. any objections to pre-determined driver change windows – like what we did for the old mega-enduro races? that way we can check teams that change driver and avoid any teams having their fastest (and lightest) driver drive the majority of the laps.

unlimitted driver change is the significant difference to previous endurance format. If pre-determined driver change time slots, i see everything will pretty much sustain back to old format except longer race time. Pertaining to old format I see there is somewhat favour to lighter teams which not much of the strategies applicable.
Anyhow is majority call.

previous race does not include qualifying round. Qualified standings already decided and proved of weight over speed matter. This also avoid of unwanted heavy-weight drivers. But I agreed deduct some total weight if having female driver onboard, but not 10 kg

I think we should set min 20 and max 35 of individual driving time, penalty on 3 minutes exceed and or below. Sum of track time of individual driver may be multiple pit stops since it is unlimitted pitstop race. Example below shows detail ;
example of individual driver exceed and below 3 minutes buffer for both driver1 and driver 4
driver 1 40 minutes –> pit1 15 minutes —> pit2 15 minutes —> pit3 10 minutes
driver 2 25 minutes –> pit1 15 minutes —-> pit 2 10 minites
driver 3 19 minutes –> pit 1 19 minutes
driver 4 16 minutes —> pit1 16 minutes
total pit time for this team is 7example of 3 minutes buffered to individual
driver 1 38 minutes
driver 2 22 minutes
driver 3 22 minutes
driver 4 18 minutesControl system

there will be a docket or piece of card board given to each team, driver that comes back from track will need to take this card for timestamp at control booth with official signature.Sum up time stamps will be the total time on track, this method will be useful during the race. During qualifying, driver would just need to report him/herself at control booth after each run.

ok , to maintain market price, we sale RM600 per team for 2 hours
20 minutes qualifying + 100 minutes endurance.
Throphies and light food provided.But then again, if RM600 for 2 hours per race, the ironman challenge is going to be pricy though.
please together we set a right price. I will prepare race format and technical admin format later once we have agreed upon the price.
how about 30 minutes qualifying + 120 minutes race charging RM600 / 4 = 150 per driver?
or
RM600 120 minutes per team plus food catering and throphies
or
what will be the ideal charging price, please comment.
Had dinner with Naza just now, were discussing about Ironman challenge of 120 minutes 2 drivers per team. This will be different series of endurance race series.
