The best sounding car still belongs to the C6R Corvette, and best looking cars are the Aston Martin in the Gulf livery. How cool is this, a Gulf 007 Aston Martin :

And check out the drivers of the 007 Aston Marting : Andrea Piccini and 2 ex-F1 drivers in Karl Wendlinger and Heinz Harald Frentzen.

looks good! i think lake garden would be excellent. although the surface
might not be right.
Lake Garden is my usual jogging venue and I would agree the surface won’t be suitable. Even on running shoes some part of the track is slippery due to fungus, and some of the rubberised track have already disintegrated within months of the surface being laid.

Barriers would also be an issue as one lap around the gardens (not just the lake) is around 3km.

Lastly, half the park is currently under renovation so nobody can use it anyway.

Actually I think Shah Alam would make a good street circuit coz the traffic is light during the weekends around the UMNO building/Blue Wave Hotel/police station block. I used to run around that block and the distance is around 1.2km.

Another alternative to consider would be the Agricultural Park. The surface is smooth.

wow.. espn will be there?? thats better than the rmc coverage…!! when will this be aired?
..chances to be aired are much higher if Sanjeev finished on the podium. 😉
So how? We prepare a special blue flag for sanjiv and his ESPN co-presenter? Wave the blue flag at every kart in front of them? muahaha

I think we should put Jules in K3 and let him give Sanjiv the “bump” along.

Could St John’s or any other institution provide training for basic first aid? Maybe this can be organised under Kelab MyKart Selangor?

..and I heard SPYKER is going to terminate Christian Albers contract due to his “unpredictable” attitude – as you can c in the French GP how he left the pit! perhaps a good chance for Fairuz Fauzy!
Fauzy is probably about 8th in the line.
😕
Is he in the line at all? He would have to cough up a lot of money just to join the line.

no no no no…the proper HAKA needs to be done with a “PROPER ATTIRE” or else it wont work…… *whistling* 😎
actually, i DO have the proper attire at home…..you’re referring to an All Blacks rugby shirt, right??
I think she is referring to the exposure of the roast beef and the 6-pack…..

Azlan, which All Blacks jersey do you have? I have a really old Steinlager one, the NZ Sevens one and an older Adidas one, all with the number 7 at the back…..

Instead of Kamate Kamate can chant Kart Mati Kart Mati or something.
Kart mati??….oh, in that case we need to include Ashraff in the Haka as well!

ahahaha … aiyoh … we want the kart to be faster … not mati loh … then have to do the walk of shame … like some people :-“
Normally the haka will start off with a despairing picture, like kart mati, and end on a high note. I will think of something 😉

The words of the Timatanga :

I te timatanga
Ko te Kore
Ko te po nui
Ko te po roa
Wehenga Matua
Herenga Tangata
He toa Rangatahi
He toa Rangatira
Whakaki te Maunga
Tae ki te Whenua
Hoki ki te Rangi
Tae ki te Pukerunga
Piki ake piki ake
Ki te ara Poutama
Ki nga Taumatatanga e
Wairua Hinengaro Tinana

Translation :

In the beginning
there was nothing
the big darkness
the long darkness
the separation of Rangi and Papa
formed man/people
formation of young warriors
formation of young chiefs
if you aim for the mountains
you will hit the plains
if you aim for the sky
you will hit the mountain peaks
climb up, thrive
to the pathway of knowledge
to achieve excellence
spiritually, mentally, physically

The lakeside area is slowly taking shape. Soon it will be a very relaxing place to chill out :
