    errrrr… brian..no need for hugs & kisses larrrr…hehehe…
was indeed a good day for me..had a blast around the track..almost lost it at turns 7 & 8 myself…towards the end of the first session…forgot that the track was still damp & my rear tires have not much ‘flower’..hehehe..lucky managed to control the slide & avoided the gravels…
the open session was amazingly empty with only 3 trackcars running around the track..so had a chance to better my personal laptime record…& shave 2 secs off from my previous fastest laptime…now down to 3mins 7secs…next time I’ll get myself a good set of tyres & maybe upgrade the suspension as I’m running the car totally stock except for the brakes…hopefully can get a better time then…maybe below 3mins?? hmmmmm 😀
thanks to brian E & the pug club for extending the invite to me…

    hip hip….hooorayyyy!!!

sifu…but if we practices the wrong habits..then it wouldn’t be any better for us…so need a lot of proper guidance here…
what I normally do is stick to the basics…brake on the straights & slow in-fast out(also depending on the kart’s chassis balance..I will vary my braking point)…dunno if this applies to all types of corners…
but last sunday during the trackday in sepang..when I took my car in…I did just what I’ve practiced in the karts…& I guess to some extent it does help with me driving my car at the limits…tried to keep the car balanced without any drama & managed to clock 3:09 on my last hot lap…this is my first time on the sepang track…think maybe I could better the time with more track mileage…

I don’t mind the older karts…rm 100 is too big a jump for most of us…IMHO

I have to agree with jules…afterall the rm 90 is worth every single cents to me…not just for the rentals…but also for the atmosphere, comradeship & fun friendly friends…and now with a little bit of peace at the back of my mind..that in case someone decide to climb over me while I’m leading a race…the pretty nurse is just around the corner..ready to give me CPR…hehehe;)
anyway seriously..one should really come & join the race and evaluate from inside and decide if the rm90 is a bit too much for them…
still…it is also good that azmee brought this matter up…since motorsport is expensive… MyKart must strive to make it affordable to those grassroots motorsport enthusiast…

    my 2 cents

it’s too bad that both had to retire after this incident…IMO webber should have waited to overtake on the exit since he knew that fisico won’t be able to make the corner & outbraked himself…fisico would have gone wide anyway…but superb race anyway…tires are all worn out to the max…huh!!!these people are crazy bunch of fellas…heheh..but then again..I’d do the same if i’m in their shoes..heheh
