Delayed by few minutes means cheaper slot to reduce the cost. Its normal for satelite company to buy 30sec-5mins delayed. Thats how they gain profits.

This issue shoud have been solved long time ago. Not to pin point anyone but i could only see regular people to help volunteer sorting out karts. Some of them do help Zainudin, Ramzul, ed, wilson and mostly new cummers from k2 (k3 grad) have to help sorting out the karts for k3 too. Only same faces would volunteer.
