looks like its going to be a dead heat of 3 manu. titles each for peugeot and citroen.

loeb wins again, so wrc is predictable after all.

WTCC? back to the old days of the renault laguna in btcc? 🙂 that car was cooolll…

loeb is leading after 2 days at rally sardinia… with solberg almost a minute behind. solberg would need a mircacle to win, but his team says he got special hard-as$ pirellis for the last day to close the gap.

fairuz fauzy in GP2 (european f1 support race)
“Dams – 14: Jose Maria Lopez (ARG) 15: Fairuz Fauzy (MAL)
Dams are another team with a long and rich history in motorsport, and it enters the GP2 series hoping to continue this fine tradition. With Jose Maria Lopez at the wheel of one of its cars, it has yet another driver who many pundits are tipping for title glory. The Argentine racer is confident ahead of the season’s start, and will know the majority of circuits we will be visiting having spent 2004 racing in F3000. His team-mate Fairuz Fauzy is something of an unknown quantity but has proved himself to be able in testing. 2005 will be a learning year for the Malaysian, with Dams committed to his future as a challenger in 2006.”

extracted from John Kings message in yahoogroups, message number 2961.

“On the weights, although this gives as advantage to me with the Hui Nee, maybe we should also think about giving teams with ladies a break on the weights – so reduce the weight limit by 10kg for each lady in the team. We could also have a weight penalty for success – so after the 1st round, the championship leaders could carry 5 kg lead and the 2nd place team 3 kg (and still have to follow the rules for team driver weights). Based on last time, if you increase the weight limit, you may well have to put some lead on some of the karts – many of the teams will be underweight.”

i am actually contradicting myself….. hhmmmpph..

that is a lot…considering at the last enduro, the winning team managed to win the race (only)1 lap ahead of the 2nd place team.
referring to the entry list in yahoo groups, of the 10 teams that had its weight listed, only 3 teams managed to past 280kg(all above 290.. i should actually discount team heavies as they are reported to be only 255kg,not 290kg due to late driver change etc.). but fear not, the average weight of the drivers in those 10 teams is 67kg 🙂

so the 280kg requirement is attainable after all.

there is a certain red road car present there too, probably due to its massive aerodynamic influence.

wwoooowwww…. it sounds like a real racer!!!!
love the part where u shifting up while taking the back straight.
and the part throttle at the hairpin, it sounded like it had traction control!! all that backfiring.

hows the shifter positioned? i saw someone playing with the steering wheel, as though its paddle-shifted like an f1 steering.

    lovely video. thanks “rookie”
