No fixed ideas just yet Ed and flying or driving is possible. At the moment I am thinking of just to be there to watch the Finals on Saturday 26th…thats it.
My-Kart enduro 4 falls on that day too.

ParticipantAlex did very well in such a competitive race both in the sprint and the feature. However, our “Malaysia Boleh” pitstop team and engineers need to very quickly learn and close the gap against he Europeans. For a very close race like the A1GP where the cars are spec’ed the same, that pitstop was just toooo….loonnnnggg la! and had cause Alex to go almost to the the very back…….unless he had Kimi’s car to catch up! That tyre changing man or girl had better improve and the same goes for the set up guys too. Alex seem to be steadily getting better in that car…..but have to see how Fairuz will fare in the upcoming races… if and when he does.

Participant
Fazz, got your new car yet? Drive to Tg Malim for nasi lemak (claimed to be the best in malaysia by my friend, opens from 6pm onwards only) and there is a drag strip there. tested power there : BMW 328i (M) vs VW Golf Mark III VR6 2.8 (M). Syok!
Come lah, get your new car and test power there : new road, 2 lanes each way! Huffiz can also test out his new aerodynamic package :p
That means it will be RM110 for the “so call” new karts with I have a problem getting a “grip” of it, I will stick to the old karts with RM80+RM10.
Let Citykarting come back to us with a much better rate.Naza,
Any plans of opening a new karting track?
Agree with you Patrick, the so called “newer karts” is relative….soon it will be bashed and it is doubtful than that the rate will be reduced.. would it?
Opening a new track? that would be a real challenge indeed for all mykart members laa…

ParticipantF1 is about Technology and Drivers. Michelin’s tyre technology limitation was used as the main reason by 7 teams to abort the race. FIA should have insisted on reducing speed by installing the chicane and ran the race. If it had, there wouldn’t be any beer can throwing competitions, legal suits, putting 7 teams on trial, pointing fingers at each other, etc. Probably, Ferrari, Jordan and Minardi would be the only ones unhappy (FIA and Bernie have to manage that by persuading them to become good sports for F1 sake)……The end result is a much more less messy situation……..in my view lah!

ParticipantThats exactly what I did! Asked the missus to wake me up at 1.45 am and saw only 6 cars at the starting grid. Bah! apologies to the Mini..stress, and sulk *&%%$# to bed la!
Why did they have to wait at the last minute to withdrew at the expense of millions of viewers and tens of thousands of Americans at the stand who understandably threw bottles on the track! Righto! time to review that 1 tyre set rule…. sulk!

Participant
Umm… sooo sorry for being sooo ignorant, but this Cadet class…is for what age group? (could almost hear the head-slapping back there… hehe…).
My eldest daughter has always wanted to follow me to the races,so there is just that little bit of chance she may be a speed freak too…!
Cadet age group is 8 to 12 years old…..if she is? only way to find out is to let her run loose on the track lah bro! ….of course under your supervision using that yellow kart as the first step…..huhuhu!
