Participant
I concur… I will even be willing to sign a 2 year contract with my-kart stating that I would participate for the duration!!!
Just one thought though… quality of the 100cc engines? Whilst the chasis should be perfect for our racing, we don’t to be running rough engines which lack power or have significant differences between karts. Is CK proposing new PRD engines?
He mentioned that the engines are going to be new PRD 100cc type and tyres are JYMs. Jules suggestion that the engines should be rebuilt if they are not new at least once a year is indeed practical.
Luen, we can add the above as a condition in our email reply soon. Meanwhile lets hear views from others first.

Participant
FYI… due to the visor’s contour its almost impossible to put the tint film on it……
…but I thought Luen had found a way to overcome that contour issue…..ask to look at his OMP helmet and check out his tinted visor… 🙂

…Dude!, parang weilding technique is the fashion 30 years ago. Nowadays, we can opt to outsource the job to specialist firms…..but no need for that as she is adequately trained to handle most situations…. 😎

Participant
guys.. some of the visor are tinted. do you guys take it to the normal car window tinted to have it done or there is such parts in the market, a tinted visor?
…Some buy tinted films from the local big bike shops and some order factory tinted visors (waiting period can be 1 to 2 months if current stock is zero). Some are very creative and cut their own tinted films.

Participant
It is also possible that the drivers were warming up the engine to the optimum temperature quickly by covering the radiator.
